Ordering Signage FAQ
Is there a minimum order quantity? In many cases it is less expensive to buy exactly what you need rather than buying extra to satisfy a minimum order requirement. With no minimum order quantity, it is fast, easy, and convenient to have you custom signage needs filled at Mind's Eye Graphics, Inc.
How is price determined? Several factors determine the price of signage; the type and amount of vinyl used, the labor involved in artwork creation and vinyl application, and the price of the substrate. Signage can be designed to fit any budget. It makes sense to define a budget and let us design what works best within that budget.
When can I change artwork? You may change artwork at any time before production begins. Once a customer has given us a signature or email approval on artwork, production will begin and we will no longer be responsible for any errors or changes to the artwork. You will be charged an hourly art fee for edits requested after you have signed off on the artwork.
What is a "proof"? When creating designs for my customers, p roofs are a way of assuring that we have set your type correctly and that all of the design elements are placed according to your requirements. A Proof will be sent to you online or printed on a paper that can be approved at our office or delivered to you. We will not start on your project until you have signed of on a proof. When artwork has previously been created, proofs are used to ensure that the artwork we received is the same artwork the customer wants to be applied. Be sure to submit artwork with a hard copy proof or an electronic .tif, .gif, or .jpg file.
