What Qualifies As A Reorder? A reorder is an order that a customer has already placed with Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc. All artwork and ink colors must remain exactly the same to constitute a reorder. For screen printed orders, even the slightest change to artwork will require new screens, and therefore will not be considered a reorder.
If I Reorder, Do You Keep My Artwork On Screens? No. We remake the screens after every order. Unless you notify us that you plan to place another order in the very immediate future, we will not keep your artwork on screens. We do, however, keep your artwork on file indefinitely.
Can I Get Samples? Yes, we can supply sample garments. We ask that you pay for the original screens, plus the imprint cost. Once you have approved your order, the screens will be setup again to run the order. If no changes to the design have been requested then you pay the reorder screen price. If changes need to be made to the design then you pay the regular screen price. In addition, you will be accountable for the imprint cost to print the shirts for the entire order. You are also responsible for shipping costs.
How Is Price Determined? Several factors determine the price of screen-printed items; the style of the item or garment, number of ink colors, number of locations to be printed on the item or garment, and the characteristics of the garment or fabric.
What Is A Setup Fee And What Is The Cost?
A setup fee is charged to cover the cost of time involved in setting up a screen printing job. Our standard fee for screen setup is $15.00 per screen. Screen setup with positives provided or screen setup for a reorder is $12.00 per screen.
Is There A Minimum Order Quantity? In many cases it is less expensive to buy exactly what you need, rather than buying extra to satisfy a minimum order requirement. With no minimum order quantity, it is fast, easy, and convenient to have your custom screen-printing needs filled at Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc. A setup fee is included for orders requiring less than 12 imprints.
Can I Supply My Own Garments? Yes. However, we cannot assume liability for any product not purchased from us. Also, there will be an application charge for customer-supplied garments.
Can I Mix The Styles Of Shirts In My Order? You may combine items at no additional cost, providing that each item you order uses the same design, size, placement, and colors. Any additional material usage, set up time, or adjustments to the design will be charged accordingly.
May I Mix Sizes And Colors? You may combine items of the same style and location with no additional charge, providing that each item you order uses the same screen-printed design, size, placement, and ink colors. Inevitably, some designs will require ink color changes that involve additional material usage and set up time. Therefore, an additional fee will be applied for each ink color adjustment. Also, some designs may require modification of the design to achieve the desired effect. Charges for any alterations of the original art will also apply.
