Customer Service FAQ


How do I place an order? You may place an order by Email: customerservice@mindseyeg.com, Phone: 888.942.9518, FAX: 260.724.4004, or through conventional mail. Our mailing address is PO Box 299 Decatur, IN 46773. You may also come into our office to place your order. 

How Is Price Determined?  Several factors determine the price of screen-printed items; the style of the item or garment, number of ink colors, number of locations to be printed on the item or garment, and the characteristics of the garment or fabric.

What Is A Setup Fee And What Is The Cost? A setup fee is charged to cover the cost of time involved in setting up a screen printing job. Our standard fee for screen setup is $15.00 per screen. Screen setup with positives provided or screen setup for a reorder is $12.00 per screen.

How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cashier’s checks, personal checks, or cash. 

What is the charge for a rush order? There are no additional fees for rush service. However, rush service depends strictly upon the accessibility of our presses. If presses are available, we will do our best to have your order produced in the reasonable time frame you have requested. We do reserve the right to refuse rush service if necessary. 

Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?  In many cases it is less expensive to buy exactly what you need, rather than buying extra to satisfy a minimum order requirement. With no minimum order quantity, it is fast, easy, and convenient to have your custom screen-printing needs filled at Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc. A setup fee is included for orders requiring less than 12 imprints.

I have several designs, do they all add up as one order? One order of 500 is not the same as 5 orders of 100. Thus, each individual design will be submitted and priced as an individual order. 

How do I approve my order? When creating designs for our customers, proofs are a way of assuring that we have set your type correctly and all design elements are place according to your specifications. A proof can be sent to you online or printed on paper that can be approved at our office or delivered to you.  We do not begin production on your order until ypu have signed off on a proof.

What Qualifies As A Reorder?  A reorder is an order that a customer has already placed with Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc. All artwork and ink colors must remain exactly the same to constitute a reorder. For screen printed orders, even the slightest change to artwork will require new screens, and therefore will not be considered a reorder.

If I Reorder, Do You Keep My Artwork On Screens?  No. We remake the screens after every order. Unless you notify us that you plan to place another order in the very immediate future, we will not keep your artwork on screens. We do, however, keep your artwork on file indefinitely.

What is your policy for returns or cancellations? Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc. currently does not enforce a return policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows: orders cancelled prior to the creation of any artwork will acquire no charge; orders cancelled after art has been created but before the order is printed will acquire artwork charges; orders cancelled after the order has been printed will acquire artwork and printing charges. 

How long does it take to receive my order? For custom orders, we will have your order processed in 3-5 days. For contract orders, please allow 7-10 business days.

Will I be notified after my order has been shipped? If you request shipment notification when placing your order, Mind’s Eye Graphics, Inc. will email you UPS tracking information. Otherwise, we will not notify you of shipment.
