Meet the Staff at Minds Eye Graphics

Pam Bergdall
Embroidery
Pam started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 1995 and has over 13 years of combined art, screenprinting, vinyl, and embroidery experience. Her main responsibilities are contract and custom embroidery production; she assists in vinyl production on an as-needed basis.  

Pam was born in Peru, Indiana and is a graduate of Heritage High School. She moved to Adams County after marrying her husband, Don. She is a proud mother of Jessica, Jamie, and Austin. She is very active in their lives and supports them greatly. Pam enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a member of the Rolling Thunder Car Club.

Alan Bieberich
Production
Alan started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 1985 as a part-time production assistant and worked part-time while attending college. He started full-time in 1988 as the Screenprinting Production Manager and has over 18 years of production experience in the screenprinting field. He has completed several printing classes through the Screenprinting & Graphic Imaging Association International, attended two screenprinting classes from Scott Fresner in Arizona, attended extensive M & R (manufacturer of our screenprinting equipment) Equipment Repair training, and attends several industry trade shows throughout the year.

Alan is a native of Adams County and a graduate of Bellmont High School and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University. He joined the Preble Volunteer Fire Department in 1987 and has served as the Assistant Chief and is currently a Line Officer; he has several master certifications in multiple areas. He joined the Adams County EMS in 1992 and is currently an Advanced EMT. He is a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Preble.

Amy Bieberich
Marketing
With over 13 years of combined experience in customer service, sales, and purchasing, Amy’s attention to detail, commitment to service, and understanding of the apparel decorating industry makes her a valuable asset to the company. She is extremely skilled at taking the customer’s “mind’s eye” (vision) and working with the Graphic Arts department to ensure the concept is presented in the best way, while sourcing the highest quality products at the best available price. She is responsible for purchasing all custom apparel and promotional products. She also manages the day-to-day front office operations of the company. You will be pleased with her level of dedication, professionalism, and customer care!

Amy is a native of Adams County and a graduate of Bellmont High School. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, Chance, Bethany, and Katelyn & husband Alan.

Brian Bultemeier
Production
Brian started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 2002 in the Screenprinting Department. His main responsibilities are image and screen preparation and screenprinting production. He is also trained to set-up, load, and tear down all screenprinting projects. Prior to joining our team, Brian worked as a pizza maker at Pizza King.

Brian is a native of Adams County and a graduate of Bellmont High School. He is an avid Fort Wayne Komet Hockey fan, an active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur, and enjoys watching television and bowling in his spare time.

Sara Christner
Accounting
Sara has over 8 years of accounting and customer service experience in the banking and retail industries. She is the primary contact for all accounting duties and she also assists with customer service and order entry.

Sara is a lifelong resident of Decatur and a graduate of Bellmont High School and holds an A.A.S. in Administrative Assisting from International Business College. She enjoys spending time with her sons Austin and Blake, husband Scott, family, and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys playing women’s volleyball, shopping, and being with friends and family.

Nicole Drake
Customer Service
Nicole was born and raised in Decatur, IN.  She attended Bellmont High School and graduated in 1991.  She is currently attending Indiana Business College for an Associate's Degree in Business Management. 

She is married and has two teenage kids.  Her hobbies include reading and keeping her teenagers out of trouble.

Nicole started at Mind's Eye in July of 2008 through a temp agency and the staff here is happy she has been hired as one of our own.  She provides excellent customer service, performs order entry, and assist throughout the shop as needed.  Nicole is looking forward to many years at Mind's Eye.

Mike Gumm
Production
Mike started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 1994 in the screen maintenance department and has over 13 years of experience in screenprinting and vinyl production. His main responsibilities are non-wearable special products and promotional products; he assists in screenprinting production on an as-needed basis.

Mike was born in Franklin, Indiana and relocated to Decatur in 1961 and is a graduate of Bellmont High School. He is an active member of the Callithumpian (local Halloween festival) committee and has been since 1986.  He recently retired as the Treasurer of the Bellmont Band Boosters this year and had been an active member since 1991 as their Equipment Coordinator and Competition Driver, traveling throughout the year with the Band.  Mike is also a fireworks enthusiast, enjoys listening to classic rock, jazz, and blues music, as well as surfing the ‘net.

Jessica Forks
Art
Jessica started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 2005 as a Graphics Artist. She assists with prepress screen-printing production, vinyl production, as well as website functions. At Mind’s Eye, Jessica has gained working knowledge with the graphic programs Illustrator, Composer and Corel Draw, and other programs such as Access, Outlook, and File Maker Pro

Jessica graduated from International Business College in 2004 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic Design. There she gained valuable skills such as electronic design, presentation, and desktop publishing. Jessica also gained experience with programs such as Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Flash, and Dreamweaver XL.

Jessica is from Monroeville, Indiana and was a 2003 graduate of Heritage High School. She loves spending time with her husband and family.  She also enjoys listening to music, writing poems, & loves jewelry and her cats Sparkle and Basher.

Rita Journay
Shipping
Rita started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in May 2000 and has several years of combined sales, shipping, receiving, ordering, and purchasing experience. Her main responsibilities are shipping and receiving of all custom and contract screenprinting projects and assists in screenprinting on an as-needed basis and does all of our heat-seal production.

Rita is a native of Adams County and a graduate of South Adams High School. She is a former board member of the American Cancer Society, the Decatur Girls Softball League, and past President of PTO; she has also coached girl’s softball and soccer as well.

She enjoys spending time with her husband Ron and children Brandon, Stephanie, and Christine, watching her children play sports, reading, gardening, and making crafts.

Rob Keuneke
Production
Rob started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 1989 as a part-time employee and was instrumental in remodeling the original downtown facility. With over 15 years of combined experience in sales, art and illustration, screenprinting, vinyl, and embroidery experience, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. His main responsibilities are imaging and exposing screens, along with production. He also assists in special project production and maintenance on an as-needed basis. He also assists with the creation of tradeshow marketing tools, as well as set up and teardown.

Rob recently returned to Mind's Eye Graphics as a full time employee and has accepted the challenge of being our IT coordinator.

Rob is a native of Decatur and a graduate of Bellmont High School. He and his wife Candy have two children, Kylee and Bobby. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attending wrestling competitions, and beef cattle, and grain farming.

Greg Kitson
Management
With over 34 years of small business ownership and management, Greg purchased his first business in 1978 known as Shannon Shoes. He renamed it Greg’s Family Footwear and operated it from 1978-1984. In 1981, he formally established Mind’s Eye Graphics.

Greg is a professional speaker for the educational programs offered at the Imprinted Sportswear Shows (ISS). ISS has been providing trade show and education to the decorated apparel industry for over 25 years. He has previously written a monthly column for Impressions™ magazine called the PROFITcycle™, which deals which the interaction of information in an apparel decorating business and is a visual tool to analyze the strengths and weakness within any business.

Greg is a lifelong resident of Decatur. He has served on the SGIA Textile Graphics Committee, the Decatur Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Decatur City Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals and remains active in Scouting as a trustee of local Scout properties. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Teresa, and their daughters Elana and Sara and the newest addition to his family twin grandsons Bryson & Riley born on July 28, 2006.

Richard W. Parrish II 
Production
Ritchie started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in 2005 as a Screen Reclaimer where he has two years experience. Other responsibilities include assisting on job changeovers, cleaning work areas, squeegee/flood bar, carts, and pulling shirts as needed. He attended Bellmont High School and graduated in 2005. He currently attends IPFW in Fort Wayne.

He has a dog named Shadow and enjoys spending time with his fiancé and friends, shopping, some reading, playing cards, the computer and Playstation 3, and most music but limited country.  He likes soccer, baseball, basketball, football, tennis, and wrestling.

Ritchie says, “I have lived in Decatur my whole life. If all goes well I hope to live here a lot longer! I have multiple nicknames but Ritchie and P seems to be the most popular. You can also call me the Quackmeister and never be afraid to say Hi!”

Linda Williams
Production
Linda started at Mind’s Eye Graphics in March 2004 and has over 32 years of combined customer service, production, and sales experience. Her main responsibilities are image and screen preparation, screenprinting production, and screen cleaning.

Linda is a native of Adams County and a graduate of Adams Central High School. She comes from a large family, which includes three brothers: Joe, Den, and Ike (Den is deceased) and four sisters: Sue, Nancy, Gloria, and Rita. Her entire family still lives in the Adams County area with the exception of Rita who lives in Washington.

She enjoys spending time with four children Tim, Ted, Tanya, and Trisha and their extended families as well as her 8 grandchildren, Taylor, Trey, Clancey, Faye, Zareah, Jackson, Prestyn, and Khia. In her spare time, she likes to read, watch movies, and make blankets and pillows for her family.

Steve Windmiller
Art
With over 20 years of experience in traditional graphic design, prepress production and illustration, and several years in computer or digital art, Steve has the skills and knowledge to make your ideas come to life. His background includes advertising, publishing, and digital design, with an emphasis in computer illustration and design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, and QuarkXPress. He has a great understanding of illustration and screen print color separations, embroidery techniques, photography direction and design, and marketing concepts.
Steve is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University and holds an A.A.S. in Commercial Art and B.F.A. in Fine Arts. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, stone etchings, remodeling a 100-year-old house, and dog training. He enjoys spending time with Jana (wife), Lelah (daughter), Lizzy (Black Labrador), and Ruby (Black German Shepard).
